Join us for the Winter Warm Up on Thursday 15th October, a free event packed with activities to help you discover fun, accessible ways to get active closer to home.

What’s on offer?

The Winter Warm Up Event Days include a wide range of free activities and support, such as:

  • Sport and activity taster sessions
  • Hearing tests
  • Health MOTs
  • Electric blanket testing
  • Arts and crafts workshops
  • Health and wellbeing drop-ins
  • A large marketplace showcasing local groups, services, and support
  • And to top it off, a free bowl of hot soup and a roll for everyone who takes part to enjoy!
