There’s something for everyone with our wide range of classes for all ages and fitness levels
Welcome to the Chanctonbury Leisure Centre Class Timetable.
Please note that all classes must be booked in advance.
- Booking for classes is essential either online or by telephone.
- Non-Members are welcome and can book via Reception or by telephone at £8.50 per class. Classes for Standard Members are £6.50.
- Classes are FREE for DD Members.
- All equipment will be supplied but, if possible, please bring your own workout mat.
- All participants will be provided with their own sanitising spray.
- Participants should report to Reception to enter the class.
- Please bring water or a suitable drink.
– Gentle Fit Classes –
Our Gentle Fit Classes are with Paulina, our registered Physiotherapist, and Lisa, our Personal Trainer and Cancer Rehab Specialist. They are ideal for those who want to participate in a gentle mobility, strength and flexibility class. These sessions can be completed either standing or seated and are suitable for those looking to strengthen their core and balance.
Mondays 11.45 am – 12.30 pm and Fridays 3.00 pm – 3.45 pm
(Free to Leisure Centre Members, £4.50 to Standard Members or £6.50 for non-members)
