Sauna and Steam Room

Our sauna and steam room offer a simple yet powerful way to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Regular exposure to heat encourages the body to relax while gently increasing heart rate and circulation, creating effects similar to low-to-moderate cardiovascular exercise.

Improved blood flow helps deliver oxygen and nutrients around the body, supporting overall cardiovascular health and daily vitality. 

Heat therapy is also widely used to aid muscle recovery and joint comfort. Time spent in the sauna or steam room can help relax tight muscles, reduce post-exercise soreness, and ease stiffness, making it an excellent complement to training or an active lifestyle. The steam room, in particular, provides warm, moist heat that many people find beneficial for breathing comfort and congestion, helping to open airways and promote easier respiration. 

Beyond comfort and recovery, regular sauna use has been linked in large population studies to long-term health benefits. Research from Finland, where sauna bathing is part of daily life, has shown that frequent sauna use is associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and a lower risk of all-cause mortality. Individuals using a sauna several times per week were shown to have significantly lower rates of heart-related events and overall mortality compared to those using it less often. 

Mental wellbeing is another key benefit. Both the sauna and steam room provide a quiet, restorative environment that helps lower stress levels, promote relaxation, and improve sleep quality.
