As a versatile Instructor , certified nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist, with more than 25 years of training experience, it is my purpose to change peoples’ lives for the better – providing them with direction, managing their expectations, and being their biggest supporter.
Fuelled by a desire to show others what is possible with the right education, motivation, and encouragement, I have the pleasure of helping our members to take meaningful steps towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
In short, I empower people to live happier, healthier lives – coaching with honesty and integrity, without prejudice or judgement.

I found my passion helping people through Chanctonbury’s referral scheme. I know that life throws curveballs, so I create realistic plans that actually work.
Hi! I’m Paul and I’m a coffee-fuelled fitness fanatic, proud dad of four (and owner of ever-increasing grey hairs).
Nutrition and a geeky bit of science are my happy place, and I love sharing that knowledge to help people improve their health. Chanctonbury is the perfect place thanks to its strong community feel, charity status. and inspiring ethos. Whether you love the gym, fancy a dance class, or even a game of bowls, I’m here to help you find your healthy passion. Expect support, understanding… and enough chat to make you forget you’re actually working out!

I am very passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals be it weight loss, strength, a leaner physique or to run a 5km to a marathon.

- Level 2 Fitness Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Certificate of Excellence
- Level 4 Diploma in Coaching Body Transformations
- Female Body and Menopause Specialist
Experience
- Former powerlifting competitor
- Former bodybuilding competitor (last competition in 2023, winning Gold and Silver in Masters Bikini)
- Former marathon, ultramarathon, and triathlon competitor
Approach
I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether that is weight loss, building strength, developing a leaner physique, or training for anything from a 5k to a marathon. I also strongly encourage women of all ages to include load-bearing exercises in their training to support muscle mass and bone density.
