Dance Aerobics

Blood Sugar Balance
Support your metabolic health with structured movement designed to stabilise blood sugar, increase energy, and improve overall wellbeing. Ideal for anyone managing diabetes, pre-diabetes, or just wanting better daily balance.

HIIT
High-Intensity Interval Training for maximum results! Short bursts of effort mixed with recovery periods help you boost fitness, burn calories, and improve strength fast. Scalable for all fitness levels—work at your pace, push your limits.

Healthy Hearts
